Do you offer FREE consultations?
Yes, your first consultation with us is free, so please call us at 818-749-9434 to schedule an appointment today.
Do you offer 90-minute sessions for couples?
Yes, and we encourage couples to take advantage of these special, double-length sessions which are offered at a highly discounted rate.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we do accept insurance from the following providers:
- Anthem Blue Cross
- Cigna
- Pacific Health Alliance
- Victim of Crime Assistance
What should I ask my insurance provider before seeking counseling?
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, so please check your coverage carefully, and ask at least the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
What are your rates?
Our rate schedule is as follows:
- Individual Therapy 45 minutes $150
- Individual Therapy 25 minutes $75
- Couples Therapy 45 minutes $180
- Couples Therapy 90 minutes $210
- Phone Consultation over 10 minutes $150
- Report Preparation/Summaries $100
- Group $30 to $50 depending on type of group
Do you offer a reduced fee?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit card or check are accepted at time of service. A returned check will incur a $20 fee in addition to the original amount.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
